Billing cycles are monthly or annually based on your subscription. You must provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your internal security purposes.

You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to use, process, and store it as necessary to provide our Services.

Our Services are provided for security purposes, but we cannot guarantee complete protection against all threats.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Services in the last 6 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services or systems
• You are solely responsible for your use of our Services and any security decisions made

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of security findings.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Services immediately without notice if:

• You breach these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or legal process
• For our business operations or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or our data retention policies.
